1 1/2 oz. Schnapps, peach
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Raspberry Juice
2 oz. Curacao, blue

Mixing Instructions

Mix ingredients together in mixing glass, then Strain into a chilled cocktail martini  glass. 

apple cider

Ingredients

• 2 parts Apple Cider, refrigerated
• 2 parts Ginger Ale, refrigerated – I recommend a good Ginger Ale…one that really has an evident taste of ginger. I used Boylan Ginger Ale for this cocktail.
• 1 part Bourbon

Preparation

1. Mix together cider and bourbon and refrigerate for at least one hour
2. Before serving, add ginger ale to bourbon and cider and serve over crushed ice
3. Garnish with apple slice.

• ingredients
• 2 ounces rye or other whiskey
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
• 1/4 ounce Amer Picon, or a few dashes Angostura or orange bitters

     directions

    add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail martini  glass.

bellini

ingredients
1 parts Peach Schnapps
3 parts Cava Champagne (or Sparkling wine)


directions
mount peach puree in a martini or flute, top with cava

Long Island Iced Tea

      Ingredients:

3 cl	Vodka
3 cl	Rum
3 cl	Tequila
3 cl	Gin
3 cl	Triple Sec Liqueur
1 Splash	Coca Cola
4.5 cl	Sweet & sour

Mixture: 

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.

2. Shake once.

3. Pour ingredients into a highball glass.

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

5. Serve.

bronx

ingredients
1&1/2 oz. bombay gin
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1/2 oz. orange juice
1 orange wedge

directions
add everything into a mixing glass shake, strain into a martini glass, orange wedge garnish.

bloody mary

1 oz Smirnoff® No. 21 Vodka 
3 oz tomato juice
2 red hot sauce
2 green hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 celery
2 green olives 

            

Add Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, tomato juice, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, worchester sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper.

Pour back and forth between two mixing glasses.

Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

Garnish with celery stalk, two olives & lemon wedge. 

AVIATION

Ingredients:
1&1/2 oz. beefeater gin 
3/4 oz. lemon juice 
1/2 oz. luxardo maraschino liqueur
1/4 oz. simple syrup


direction:
add everything into a mixing glass. shake, strain into a martini glass, luxardo cherry garnish.

MOJITO

• 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
• 2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish
• 1/4 cup (2 ounces) white rum
• 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) club soda
• 
  

In 10-ounce glass (such as Collins or highball), stir together lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup crushed ice. Rub mint leaves over rim of glass, then tear leaves in half and add to glass. Gently stir for 15 seconds, then add rum, remaining crushed ice, and club soda. Gently stir for 5 seconds, then tuck mint sprigs into top of glass and insert tall straw.
